I posted this in another channel, but though I would add it here. Basically, the magazine (I was corrected) has an issue. I called CS first thing this morning. I was caller #5. I waited for 1 hours and 10 min before talking to a rep. She was very friendly and helpful. Going to exchange the magazine. My issue is this though. I was caller #5 and it took over an hour. And I didn't call a 1-800 #. It was all long distance. Granted... long distance isn't too much, but come on... if the wait times are that much, then install a call back system or get a 800# to put it on your dime, not mine! And secondly, the quality of the call was horrible. It kept cutting out. Even on hold. Not sure if it is a internet based system or what.

Glad they are going to work with you on the mag issue. If you need to contact them again use this number 1-800-327-3776. I don't know why they don't list it on their site but a search of this forum will find it. Good luck!
