I'm looking to convert my regular 1960 to an underfolder and have some questions.

First and most important. Is it even legal to do so? If not well then I'll strike the thought from my mind. Second how do you go about doing it? Are there any sites that explain how to do it? I've searched a bit but haven't really come um with much so far.

I think I'll be ok but I will double check to make sure. I do seem to remember the guy at the counter saying something about a CPL or hand gun purchase permit if I wanted to buy the underfolder that was next to it.
