Picked this up at my favorite Pawn shop today. I had a Blued one awhile back and sold it to a friend. This one presented itself today and I couldn't pass it up. Paid $250.00 for it. Firearm Gun Trigger Revolver Gun accessory

I never met a Taurus I didn't like!!

A pair of these, targets and a case of ammo would help.

That is a handsome revolver!;)
Very nice. I really like the new style grips.

I had one, once. Then Mrs. 230JHP shot it. Now she has one. But that's okay, she lets me shoot it once in a while, too.

The action will get even better after a good break-in. A Wolff spring kit also made a distinct improvement in both DA and SA.

The model 605 is just hard to beat as an everyday carry gun. 38spl or 357. I carry mine with the 357 loaded.

Put a little polish and make her shine then you will really have something.

I just did a trigger job on mine. New Wolf 6.5 lb. Trigger Spring. What a difference. SWEET, SWEET, SWEET.

Congrats on your fine. Nice price.

Cool DJH now lets see some pics of yours all shiny. How did you do it? what products did you use? I was thinking It would be cool to polish it because the finish on it now is prone to rub out here and there.
Dagwood,

I polished mine with a bench buffing wheel and mothers metal polish.
Spent maybe 30 minutes on it.

paulky_2000 did a very nice polish job on his 605.

My 605 was born in 2016.
Great gun. I've two. One matte black and the other the matte stainless. This time of year they tend to be my primary carry and I alternate them for carry and practice.

Congrats! I am always considering getting one. If I stumble upon an older version I might bite.
