Orlando Pulse Shooting Survivors Suing Police

No matter how low you think people can go, they always find a way to go lower. First these ingrates whine that the police didn't charge headlong into the scene without taking time to construct an assault strategy. Then they complain that "The detainees were not permitted to use their phones, contact their loved ones, or leave. They were detained as though they were criminals, by these defendants despite there being not a shred of evidence nor any lawful basis to suspect that any of the detainees had committed a crime". It inflames my baser passion when people look to capitalize on tragedy to their own benefit.

Bottom line, there is always someone to Blame and Sue. No matter how farfetched the reach.

They just want to use somebody. They will probably turn it into a lgtq rights thing.

Exactly so I'm not surprised. Just think about all the people being sued by the family of criminals. I mean they were a good person and just breaking into your house in the middle of the night doesn't justify what you did! :D
What I would give to hear the judge in this case say this to the plaintiffs:

"This is a court of law, not Burger King. You CAN NOT have it your way. Case dismissed."

When you have instilled two generations of people, the government is going to take take of you and they don't, how do you expect them to react?
The only way to stop this garbage is "Looser pays"

Their lawyers are just as much to blame as those that are suing.. Any lawyer with an ounce of ethics should have turned this down. Any judge that it comes before, should refuse to hear it as frivolous and without merit.
