Folks, I am at a complete loss here (aside from sending the gun to Taurus)...
PT92 is the firearm.

There is no way the locking bolt would come out cause the plunger is just too long to let it slide by...
Shifted and wiggled any which way - no dice.
I know I don't need to remove the pin, but wanted to see what's really up and clean the block.
The plunger pin is so stuck, that I broke 2 good quality punches and a drill bit....
Any suggestions, please?
Thank you!

P.S. If the pics are too big - please right click and open in new tab (sorry, not sure why it happens)

Wow, that looks like it's REALLY locked in there.
Sounds like you did everything I would have done.
Is it moving at all? Coat it with WD-40, and then try to wiggle it.
Otherwise, I think it needs a trip to the factory.

Yes, Sir!
The locking bolt and the plunger are moving fine and the gun functions properly.
But it is still wrong... I see some rust developing on the inside of the LB, would like to deal with that...
Thanks for your reply!
