Thats the way we feel... Old proverb No tickey No laundry..
If you don't like that I legally carry a gun, you probably won't like that I carry my credit cards and my business elsewhere.
I would by a few, at the right price. Point me in the right direction Black Brown Line Sky Material property

That is the way we should all be.

I will not spend money in businesses like that. For instance AutoZone fired an Air Force veteran after he saved the store from being robbed and possibly someone being killed, because he violated the strict "no gun" policy. AutoZone will never see a penny from my family.

I usually carry a few "No Gun/No $$" cards on me. I am happy to report that so far almost all of the ones I've had to hand out
have been to other firearm enthusiasts for their own use. :)

Just started carrying. Have been paying more attention to which places allow and which don't.

Most places I go don't have a sign, or if they do, it isn't a legal sign. I will avoid "signed" establishments whenever possible.

I like the card.!
I have to side with Autozone on this one. If a round from an employees gun hits an innocent customer . . .
Remember he was foiling a robbery not protecting a life.
Now if the BG had said "I'm gonna kill you if". Bang done and overwith. No grand jury would indicte.
But more common is "give me the money I got a gun".
I have only encountered one sign here in Fl. in the 1 1/2 years I have been carrying.

I would bet he knew the policy when he applied for the job. While doing a good thing he knew it was against the rules and he chose to still work there.
I'm definetly going to make copies! And am I allowed into a store that has a "illegal sign"?? Like if they printed off the Internet...

In Texas you are, however, I'm not sure that I would. I even went to a credit union the other day and they did NOT have a sign posted, but I chose not to carry anyway.

I'm curious as to why you made that decision? I'm not saying you were wrong for doing so but I carry everywhere it's legal.

I may be wrong, but i thought that in some states it was illegal to carry in a bank, sign or no sign...
Samkent may have a valid point, in that, if a round from the gun of an employee hits an innocent may come into play.
However, in this instance, no shots were fired. The malcontented miscreant fled the scene.

The Auto Zone's company policy notwithstanding, I do not believe the AF vet should have been
rewarded with the dreaded "pink slip! :icon_rolleyes:

As an added note: that particular branch was robbed before.
Perhaps Auto Zone should rethink their "gun-free zone" policy!
Seems as though that fake beard bandit is well aware of Auto Zone's no gun policy! :icon_rolleyes:

It will vary from state to state of course but in Texas unless they have a legitimate 30.06 sign posted banks are not automatically off limits to a CHL holder.
