I was reading this prouducts info. I was just wondering if anyone has tried these? I know they have to be charged, but they state they will last all nite. I don't like the statement to keep a lite by your bed to quickly charge them, come on. I like the daytime inserts though, just what my PT needs. Price is cheap, I spend more than that on beer sittin here typing to yall. Let me know if anyone has any info.

I use them and have them on all my handguns.
I don't mind the fact that you have to expose them to light for them to glow.
BTW, a few seconds out of the holster in a well lit environment is plenty
of time for them to gather enough light for the night.
Compared to the price and installation of tritiums, they're an excellent bargain.
I just ordered some more.

Side note: You only need to zap these things for a second or two with the UV penlight to get several minutes worth of illumination. More than enough to take care of an emergency. If you charge them for several minutes, they will last for hours. They'll be pretty dim, but if your eyes are adjusted to the dark, you can still see them.
