Hello, just wanting to get the forums thoughts on purchasing a blued 650 CIA. It is pretty new and has been in a safe and not shot much at all. Thanks for reading and the replies.

Since you already own one Taurus snub I'll assume the quality, grip and trigger are known factors.
That leaves price as the prime consideration.

It will be a little snappy with 357 , but will be a blast to shoot 38 special. If you get it - use snap caps and practice firing about 300-500 times to get the trigger pull to lighten up. If you can get for $400 or under it is worth considering.

I like the 650 a whole lot for CC. Silverstring's advice (above) is excellent and if followed will only enhance the experience of owning a 650. I'd "pull the trigger" and obtain one if you can get a favorable price. You will not be sorry.

Thanks to all. I will be picking it up tomorrow. It will be great to go along side of my 618!
