So far I have the Ameriglo sights, Hogue beavertail grip, and Lakeline pinkie extension. The only other thing I might do to the gun, is get the Lakeline ported barrel.

How hard was the rear sight to remove?

Harder than I wanted to hit it with a punch and hammer. I don't have a sight press, so I took it to a gun smith.
