New Taurus gun owner(PT145) so I thought I'd join and say hello. I'm a CCW owner and long-time shooter but new to Taurus, so far so good. Also a long-time reloader

Thanks for the welcome guys, dbsound the Taurus 45 is the only one I've ever owned and was a little apprehensive about Taurus to be honest. I wanted a small gun for carry with more punch than my Mak so I thought I'd try it. I've shot around a 1000 rounds and the gun has worked great.What's up with all the Taurus bashing? Some guys at the range were giving me a hard time about buying one but so far I'm happy with it and have started carrying it. If an auto is reliable then I'm happy with it, the name on the gun is not a real concern for me.
