Good day guys,
I am a new member from north east pa. From a small town called Dallas pa. I am Camp Director by profession but a avid outdoors man by lifestyle. I have many guns, but not a pistol yet. I am originally from NY were pistol permits take forever to get and cost about 100 dollars after you get done with the process. I am looking at getting a Taurus 24/7 pro for home defense. So I thought that I would get some feed back from you all.

Welcome from the KY, Horse Country!! Check out the 24/7 section, and even look thru the smithing and complaints. That way you get the good the bad and the ugly.

I do not think you would be sorry with a 24/7. I probably should have gone that route instead of the PT111.

Ask away. That's what we're here for in part. To get to the facts and give honest info.

Links on the Taurus 24/7 pistols can be brought up for you to read in the form of links. I can bring them up if so desired. Just give the word and they'll appear.

Been doing that here and at TFL or THR gun forums for a year or so know.
Just be aware that the amount of info is going to be vast and take a goodly long time to go through.

But then that's what research is all about. Getting all one's ducks in a row before plunking down the hard earned cash on a pistol of some kind. People here rely and trust their very lives and their loved ones on Taurus guns. Good reasons to. No one here takes that lightly.

There are many members here who either have Taurus only products and that's all they need, or those who have many different brands,makes, and models of firearms.
