I am from the southern side of Louisville. I have lived here all of my life, except for the time i spent playing in the sands of Iraq for OIF III.
Anyone go to Knob Creek Gun Range? (The fall machine gun shoot is approaching.)

Welcome aboard fords4life, always good to see not only a fellow Kentuckian but a fellow Louisvillian as well.

I've never been to the Knob Creek shoot but I'd like to go at some point.

Again, welcome to the board and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

I'm from Valley Station originally but live out past Kosmosdale now closer to Hardin County. It's rural enough here where I am that while I do have neighbors, they don't mind me shooting. In fact, some of them do the same. :)

cool i wish my neighbors were like that. But my ground is so rocky and hilly ricochets are inevitable.

Yeah, that seems to be par for the course in most of the county unfortunately. Is Knob Creek mainly where you go to do your target shooting?

Sounds like you've had many nice Fords in the past. :D
I have a coworker that loves and restores Fords as well. I'm surprised he never tried to get on at one of the two plants. :D

My grandfather retired from the Super Duty plant, and my uncle is working there too. I'd love to get on but you either have to wait for someone to die or retire.
