Hi all,
I picked up my gun last night! :D Took it home and cleaned her up. This gun is beautiful! I really like the stock grips, you get a real nice hold on the gun. I bought a box of WWB 230gr FMJ (100rd)- 2 boxes of Blazer Brass 230gr fmj (50rd each) and 1 box of WWB 230gr JHP (50rd).

So I went to my range today, and started with the WWB 230gr FMJ all 100 rd without a problem. Next, I shot the Blazer brass, all 100 rds without a problem. Last, the WWB 230gr JHP, all without a problem(except 16 rd - I bought home in the magazines ;D)

This gun shoots sooooo nice!

Nice shooting sbninja!! Congratulations as well on your new purchase, the PT1911s are quite addictive as most of us who own them can attest too. :D

Very nice grouping, sbninja! What part of Long Island are you from?
And, what range do you shoot at? I used to go to the Long Island
Shooting Center in Islip.

Hey sbninja, I just checked out this thread today; & I see
that you answered my question two days ago!
Yeah, I know Rocky Point. I am originally from Brooklyn.
But before moving to Tulsa, I lived in Bayshore.

I got my pistol permit in Suffolk County back in 1995.
But now, here in Tulsa I have full concealed carry. It's
a far cry from Long Island! Anyway, I love your pistol.
Have fun with it.

Skipper in Tulsa....
