Well, that's annoying: Just as I decide I'm sticking with my Taurus 24/7 OSS DS in .45, and want to acquire a companion compact or subcomact in .45 also, I find that although some of the newer models come with a decocker, which is a good thing, they work by pressing down rather than up, which is opposite the 24/7.
I looked at a couple of manuals and found that the new ones decock down, while mine decocks up. Anybody know if any of the small, compact or subcompact .45 models decock up, so that I could get a consistent companion for when a full-sized .45 just doesn't work for conceal. it's rare, but it happens.
BTW, I would love it if I were completely wrong, but I don't see how offhand.
Sigh.
