For everyone's information, I got this email today from Armalaser. This info may have already been posted.

Dear Scott,

A while back you had completed a model request pages on our website for a
touch-activated laser system for your Taurus PT-145.

Here is a pic:

The good news is that we are close to shipping out a model to fit your
pistol.

The ArmaLaser RSS (Reactive Sighting System) will start shipping at the
end of the year. Price will be $179 and it features a very bright
next-generation 635nm laser module.

More pics and an order link will be on our website at www.armalaser.com
within a few weeks so that you can pre-order.

Thanks and please let me know if I can answer any questions.

Very nice. Would love to see more about this. The world needs a short, compact micro-laser that can fit all the mini rails that the flurry of small and pocket-sized pistols would require (like the PF9, PPS, and the PT line) :)

For that price... I want a flashlight too.
The Insight X2 SUB-COMPACT Light/Laser seems like a good idea. Has anyone here got a picture of a Taurus Pt145 Pro with the X2 mounted on it?

Has the trigger guard of the gun been altered though, to get the armalaser to fit??

Anyone order one of these yet?
I decided that I would need a light/laser combo. So I ordered the Insyte X2 for sub-compacts. The pic below is of an H&K, but mine will go on a Taurus PT145 Pro. I paid $165 with shipping on EBay. Seller "asotactical". He has more.
