I would email Accurate Arms for any load data available.

Accurate doesn't seem to list a load for that. It might be too fast for the Super. But I've found loads for Bullseye which is just before Solo 1000 on the burn rate chart. The Bullseye listing starts at 5 gr. and some list 5.5 gr.

Accurate No.7 was developed specifically for the .38 Super according to Accurate.

Have any medium speed powders more suited to .38 Super? AA #5, HS-6, Universal, N340, True Blue, etc.

Solo 1000 burns almost like 700X. A bit fast for .38 Super. It can be used, but go easy. Solo 1250, sadly discontinued, worked very well.

I have an old copy of some data on Scott powders that list charges for Solo 1000 in 9MM, but no .38 Super. (I load it to 1.120/5)

Hornady 115 Gr [email protected] OAL: 3.6 Grs to 4.0 Grs max for 1037 FPS @ 31,600CUP.

This should be safe in .38 Super with the larger capacity.

Start low and use at your own risk.

Can't help with solo!
I use Accurate #5 in my 38 super for 115 grain range loads .
I use a 115 grain "Berry or "Ranier" 115 grain plated round nose or hollow point at Accurate #5 @ 7.9 grains, cci small pistol primer, OAL 1.270-FPS should be in the 1200 FPS area.
you do not say what the bullet is intended for ??
Gold Dot 115 grain with HP-38 @ 6.0 and OAL of 1.250 , CCI small pistol primer makes a nice self defense load as well.
NOTE: these are not start loads but what works best in my weapon as to function and accuracy, start loads should be reduced about 10% and worked up.
load at your own risk as this is safe load in my weapon but I assume not responsibility for load data.
