Hey yall!

I'm looking at picking up a 24/7 G2C .45 ACP. I have researched ALOT on line about what 45 compact I want to get for a CCW and with it's procepoint ( $449 locally ) this pistol is SUPER attractive when compared to a Para P12.....but. Twice now I have handled one at 2 different gunshops and both times there were ISSUES with the pistol I handled. The first one the slide was super sloppy and didn't seem to fit the frame correctly and the second one refused to give up it's magazine no matter what. I am HOPING these were just flukes and not indicative of what I should expect. Is this a problem handgun or did I just stumble upon 2 turds?

Th magazine and slide on mine were very difficult to operate at first. After I put some rounds through at the range, it loosened up and cycled nicely. I know a couple of others with the .45 G2 Compact and they've had no problems either. I love this pistol. nice and compact, but still comfortable in my hand (I'm 6'4 and can palm a basketball fairly easily).
