Well, considering I don't draw unless something like having to deal with a bad guy (hasn't happened yet) or sit down toilet trip (pants down anyway so not a problem) - I'd say not bad for reholstering, just a little effort. Now if practicing at the range in and out, in and out; it takes a tug pulling pants out a bit to have room but that's not a big enough problem for me to not like it.
