When I first saw the picture, I thought he had gotten a JUDGE! Lord that thing is big and bad looking. I think my wrist would probably go weak firing that thing.

Robby, the Judge is next on my list to purchase! I have the 460 and did not intend to get the 500 (although I wanted it, I figured why spend the money when I already had a cannon) but it just so happened that I had a gun that hardly got shot and asked somebody if they wanted to trade.. and they did! Needless to say the first semi-not-cold day we have around here I will be taking it out for a spin.

I have a .500 as well though mine is the Raging Bull.
I've had my eye on the Performance Center S&W .500 for sometime now. If I ever find a used one at a decent price I may scoop it up. Can't wait to hear the range report on your new baby.

I was keeping my eye out for the Raging Bull as well Taurus, but they are hard to find used... and then I lucked upon this one. So now I guess I will have to try for the Raging Bull in .480!

Now that Ruger has re-introduced the .480 SRH to their lineup, I hope Taurus will at some point do the same with the .480 Raging Bull. ;D
