Would you guys say this jam is my fault or the guns or ammo or just a fluke or what. I shot about 500 rounds total that day and this was the only time it had a hicup. My wifes 2nd gen PT111 did this one time but the spend brass was facing the other way. Its the only 2 times I have ever seen ejected brass caught like this

it looks like you were using reloads, true? perhaps this round was undercharged and just didn't have the oomph to cycle properly. most times i have a stovepipe (i know this is not what you've had) i also notice a discernible difference in the bang prior to the ejection problem.
just a guess.

Sounds like you shoot a lot. And for you, this sounds like a rarity. In that case I call it a fluke. They do happen once in a while. :thumb:
