I just got my Nebraska CCW permit in Jan. now moving back to Okla. called OSBI and was told I may be able to find a CCW Class Instructor that would sign off on the class requirement. I am wondering if anyone knows of an Instructor that would be willing to do this. I just went thru Neb. required class in Nov. and not thrilled about having to attend another class this soon.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't find anything in the Ok SDA that says anything other than the class needs to be from an SDA approved instructor. It would seem to me that you may have to take another $60 class.

Sorry I have nothing to say about your situation. But I couldn't resist commenting. Grew up in Broken Arrow, OK!!! Haven't been back since I joined the military. I sure do miss my green country. Best of luck to you getting that CCW permit transfer, maybe you coul just call the sheriffs office, they should be able to transfer it, if the criteria is the same in both states.
