I picked up a 2 inch Model 94 to go along with the 4 incher that I have. It is like new and the trigger isn't as stiff as my 4 incher was. I've been using my Home Depot snap caps and doing some dry firing to try to loosen it up some. I'm still going to take it apart and do some cleaning and polishing.

Thanks for the pic of the HD snap caps. I may have some of those out in the shop, otherwise HD is 3 mile away.
