I know by now, some of you have heard about the shooting at a church
in Missouri. Very sad, that was. Some people need guns like they need an
extra hole in the head.

I don't know who this guy was; but do you suppose that if some other person
who carried concealed was there, could they possibly have done something about it?
I know it's hard to speculate on these things. You really never know what you could
have done in that situation, if you're not in such a situation.

When I'm in church on Sundays, (I play on the worship team in my church) I'm up
on the stage, I have my pistol with me, at all times. My pastors know about this, &
they have absolutely no problem with it. Anyway, my prayers go out to the people
who lost family members, & the folks that were injured.

The report said that the guy was pretty well heeled, when he went into the church
to do his mayhem.

Absolutely. Someone with a CHL might have been able to take action when the guy started shooting. Understand that, aside from the religious aspect, a church is no different from any other gathering. You would think that a church-goer would be the last person to open fire on others, but we have seen this several times in the last few years. Shootings and arson are not restricted to the non-religious.
