Well I know for sure the one with Millennium on one side and PT111 Pro on the other is 3rd Generation, (latest models). But i understand that some of the ones with "Millennium Pro", were 2nd generation. That is the limit of my knowledge, mine is a Millennium only style 3rd gen. bought last fall.
