I recently purchased a PT145 abd have read several topics on grips. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what size Pachmayr slip ons fit the 145?

I personally would recommend the Hogue HandAll slip-on over Pachmyar.

The full isze or JRs? I read many posts that guys had to modify the Handall's to fit.

I use the full-size with very minor trimming. The Jr. will have a tough time getting on the grip and provides too small of a grip area.

I have the jr's on mine. They are a tight fit but no trimming required.

I bought the Pachmayr slip-on grip #3 at a gun show yesterday. It fits perfectly with no trimming and was a snap to install.
