I have another idea. (God help us all!) But really, I have a question.
Perhaps one of the forum staff/moderators can shed some light on this.
When a member first joins the forum, they are a newbie.

After "X" amount of posts, they become an honorary member. I believe
the next step is junior member. Now I know that when you reach 250 posts,
you become a senior member.

I just became a senior member earlier this week. Can someone give a
complete breakdown on all the categories, with the specific amount
of posts to reach each category?

Just another one of my crazy thoughts! Now, don't get me wrong:
I don't want this to become public knowledge, just so we can all start posting
any dumb thing under the sun, just to reach a certain status.

I still want to try to maintain sensible comments & threads, to keep things
interesting & entertaining. Anyway, that's it, in a nutshell!!! :) Thanks!!

If a member starts just giving garbage posts the Staff has reserved the right to delete said posts. Its more prevalent if the member appears to be just trying to get to 25 posts total...

Believe it or not---most people do pay attention to post counts.

I agree. The count sort of gives the poster some credibility, especially if it's technical in nature.

I agree also...BUT... ;)as for my post count it is not very technical( although i wish it was )

I have a lot of posts because i am on here just having fun and making sure everyone else does... I joined mainly to learn, and boy have I...:yipee:

There are guys on here that have a low post count but are full of great advice, so i look more at what they have posted and the answers they give... ;)
I have never talked to guys with as much info and help as on this site..the members here are the greatest in my book...

thanks all
