M&P 15 New Free Float

I got an El Cheapo free float rail for Christmas and decided to toss it on this afternoon. This was my first time swapping out handguards and it was extremely easy. It took maybe 20 minutes. The rail is about an 1/8" shorter than I'd like, but it looks good. It will have to be coated sometime. The finish is satin and not flat.

Looks good! I have thought about going to free floating barrel on my AR but just haven't made the jump.
