: Just 2 weeks ago I got my MIL PRO PT111 back from Taurus after the recoil spring assembly popped out of the front of the slide. Waited 2 1/2 months! Yesterday I had it
out and noticed that the rear Heine sight was loose and would slide side to side about 1/16th of an inch. Tried to tighten the set screw but it is very tight. Any suggestions
on how to correct this without having to send it away AGAIN! All help is greatly appreciated. :(

You might try taking the screw out. Whiping down the slide and use some canned air to blow out the screw holes. Check the screw itself to make sure it isn't stripped. Put a little locktite blue on the last threads of the screw and tighten down the screw. Don't try to torque the screw too far down. If it strips out then you will need to take your gun to a smithy and have them re-tap the hole.
