I have owned both, I still own the Windicator. My EAA was just all around better, more accurate, nicer trigger. Of course be advised one representative of each model does not make a good statistical analysis.
Looking for some input
So I'm looking at my next purchase it would be between a model 66 with a 4 inch blue finish or a EAA windicator with a 4 inch barrel and blued as well. Any thoughts ?

The 66 is a seven shot revolver, so you need to take that into account. I'm not sure how beefy the Windicator is, but the 66 isn't gonna fall apart. It's pretty well put together and mine is a really good revolver.
