Good job!

I had a friend murdered delivering pizza in Lafayette, LA. He was a quiet nice guy. The thugs were eventually caught.

Well I hope the employee does not lose his job over this. Guessing the company has a no gun policy.

Yep!
that occupation is like being a night clerk at a convenience store except without the bullet resistive glass enclosure to sit in.

whats with wearing the Clown mask anyway??
I mean why not just go on and wear a clown mask and a Hoodie IF you want to look innocent?

Yeah, that's more like an orc or goblin mask. When I think about all the senseless and brutal killings of pizza delivery drivers over the last 10 years, this story makes me feel good.

In my area almost all retail companies have a no guns policy for their employees. One of the Little Caesar's even has a no guns sign on the door! (it is the only one out of several however so it must be an individual store thing)

I can't say I feel glad that the attacker got shot, but I'm glad the employee was able to defend himself and not suffer serious harm. :) As far as the attacker, he brought the consequences of his actions onto himself.

When you choose the behavior or thought, you choose the consequences. Dr. Phil

Here is surveillance video from inside the store. (show's the initial assault, doesn't show the knife or the shooting, as that happened outside of that camera view. ) The employee looks left as he exits, but doesn't look right until he's past the glass door, which by then is too late. Nice neighborhood, store is closed, he's probably tired, probably wasn't expecting some nutcase to be waiting out there to assault him. Outside video shows the guy walking around before the assault also.
