I was wondering if you guys can post some pics so I can get an idea of what type of grips you have, etc.

I was also wondering what choices do I have for grips. I currently have the hogue rubber grips on my 699, what wondering what else is out there.

First, welcome.

If you've never had a set of Hogue wood grips, you should treat yourself. The rosewood or cocobolo grips are particularly beautiful. Just go to Hogue's webpage and you can see what they have to offer.
