What lawsuit? Spectrum?

Might be a dumb question, but WHAT IS THE LAWSUIT ALL ABOUT?
It seems like anytime a new firearm comes out, all the other companies want to sue. Come on people, a gun is a gun is a gun. They all go BANG (or a least they should).
Is the lawsuit like the one filed against the PT-111 Millennium; PT-132 Millennium; PT-138 Millennium; PT-140 Millennium; PT-145 Millennium; PT-745 Millennium; PT- 609; PT-640; and PT-24/7 pistols or something different?

I apologize. I must have been misinformed (I can not say I was WRONG, my wife might find out I admitted it). In the old post on Spectrums a lawsuit was mentioned. I assumed the sue had something to do with the Specturm, but it looks like it was the class action against the Millennium line.

Not aware of any lawsuit involving the Spectrum. Most likely the other settlement, it seems to get drug into a lot of threads.
Unless more info becomes available, we'll shut this one down.
