Ok here it goes what is the actual law in FL for carrying a gun in the car
With Concealed Permit
and
Without

I always hear different stuff.

So can I have my gun in my center console loaded outside of a gun bag/holster.

I've got a truck to so if and when I carry in it. I'd like to have it loaded out of a case in my center console. With the console lid closed obviously. I just wasnt sure if the gun had to be in a case inside my center console.
