Tactical, Kydex, heck even tactical leather at this point. I've come across Black Hills Leather Company that make a tactical black leather leg drop holster for it, but so far I can't find a single kydex holster maker with the molds.

Anyone have suggestions or know of a business? I'm running out of options here.

The M 44 is the same frame size as a M608
Which is a same size as a S&W N frame.....so any holster for a N frame...

Have you decided on what barrel length you'll be getting 4", 6 1/2" or 8 3/8" ?
Sorta affects which mfg offers what. Mine's just the simple nylon vertical armpit Uncle Mikes #3

As already stated it's hard to give advice if the barrel length is not known.

I apologize, was off with family since something came up. It's a 6.5 Inch Barrel.

Ankle holsters should be used with light, short-barreled pistols/revolvers.

An m44 has a slightly larger trigger guard than the smith's so test the holster before you buy it. That will save you a lot of tears.
