Hello, I'm Pete from the North East. I have a question for the members. Has anyone every had really poor warranty service from Taurus? I had a Model 96 and Model 441 that were so screwed up by them
that I junked them for parts. I am afarid to send in my old Model 94(mfg 1989). The Model 96 made 11 trips to Florida and had a customer service manager assigned to it, gun was never the same. Thanks

Welcome Pete. My experience (And it was only once) was good. I sent one in and they repaired it and replaced 2 mags as well. Turnaround was a couple of weeks, not too bad. I guess it depends on who works on them. Some technicians are better than others. They do have a Lifetime warranty, so they should make good on anything that isn't right. It can be a hassle to keep sending them back. I'd call and ask to speak to one of the honchos if you're not getting satisfaction from the staff.

I had one sent back once. The only complaint I had was it had been fired (once or twice) and not cleaned.

Welcome Pete. I haven't had to use the warranty service yet, but I hear mixed reviews.
