I'd been looking for a nice S&W 625-8 for a while at a price I like. I've been neglecting revolvers for a while, that is at an end starting this year. :D

$575 +tax wasn't bad.

Great revolvers! Congrats on a very special buy.
Oh wow - super nice! :D
You done good sir.
Thanks everyone, this year I'd like to add some quality revolvers to the collection.

I'm especially fond of large bore revolvers.

Very nice, is it chambered in .45LC or .45 ACP?

Congrats on your new wheel gun.
Nice rosco :thumb:
Very nice gun, I have a 686 that I have had a trigger job done that is just down right awesome !

The 8 should be 45ACP - needs moon clips, I presume....

[EDIT] Congratulations! Thanks for making me feel inferior and all...like I haven't bought enough gun stuff yet....(slinks away opening gunbroker.....)
That cylinder doesn't look quite long enough for 45LC so I'm guessing it's a 45acp, and it's a beauty, congrats ! Did it come with moon clips?
It came with 4 and I bought 10 more this morning at a gunshow. It is long enough for .45 Colt and I'm trying to locate a proper cylinder.

Sweet revolver..congrats!
That is a GREAT revolver!

I’ve got a couple of SAA 45LC but don’t carry them.

I’ve also got a S&W Governor that I occasionally carry with 45LC and 45ACP. Nice caliber to carry.
Enjoy the new revolver!
Very nice - great price..nothing beats a S&W heavy. ya done good.
Very very Nice S&W Revolver! Congratulations and may it serve you well!
