OK all you Cowboy Action Sports fans, CDNN is advertising the Taurus Thunderbolt in polished stainless steel cambered for the .45LC for $470. Has Taurus brought them back, or has CDNN just fund a stash of them? Don't know, but if these get snapped up as quickly as I think, I bet Taurus takes another look at the Thunderbolt, as well as the gaucho lines.

I'm not sure if they're back for good or not, but Davidson's has a supply of them, although not priced nearly as low.

I got this email as well, I have a feeling it's nothing new. CDNN is reaching out to just about any stock they can get their hands on. This could be just "new-old" stock that someone had sitting around.

I got one made in 2011 from my LGS that is from the Davisons group. At least 2011 is what the serial number says. Many say it is just Taurus throwing them together and getting rid of old parts, a few say it is new and improved and back in production. Well, the web site says out of production and based on mine it is not new and improved with the bugs worked out.

Dang 2 more blued ones on Davidson's as low as $515.99 in my part of the world. Now if only that was in .357!
