Is the G2c finally dead?

I'll stick with my PT111 G2 (& G3 & G3C), but my question is...how well will it stand up to 68gr +P+? Got a GREAT deal on them, just wondering if the PT111G2, G3 & G3C will stand up to 'intermittent' use.
TIA
Is this factory ammo that you're talking about? I did a search and all I could find in factory ammo was 68 grain +P, not +P+

Commercial, from Botach; (Ultimate 9mm +P+ 68gr LEHIGH FTM-EXD Ammunition 20-Rounds / 2,003 FPS) "Ultimate 9mm +P+ 68gr LEHIGH FTM-EXD Ammunition 20-Rounds / 2,003 FPS"
Is this ammo really used by any military SF organization or just something they put on the box to make people think it's more effective than other ammo?

Even Glock doesn't endorse +P+

What kind of ammunition should I use in my GLOCK pistol? Can I use +P and +P+ ammunition?

We recommend using ammunition that is manufactured and meets SAAMI or other industry standards, and while some +P ammunition meets these guidelines, +P+ usually does not. This ammunition may generate a higher pressure than standard ammunition, which could shorten the life of the parts of your firearm.

Fortunately when I bought it I already had a reliable CCW gun, and only bought it from someone to do them a favor, because he didn't ask permission from his significant other first. If he had told me he was planning on buying a gun I could've warned him beforehand. IMHO gun issues should be known before you move in with a woman, but maybe that's just me. I paid not much for a never fired black one, even though I was waiting on a stainless one, and assumed that I'd probably have to send it in to CS and wait many months to get it back, but since I wasn't planning on carrying it, it wasn't like that Glock 17 I once bought and it had issues. :( I had to contact their CS twice for 2 different issues, which was very disappointing, because Glock has such a good rep and I was expecting more from it. Taurus however didn't have a great reputation when I bought the G2C and the price was great so I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong however, it's been fantastic so far, is reliable with every kind of 9X19 I've fed thru it. :) It's reliable during a heat index of 105 degrees and an actual temp of zero degrees. Hopefully I won't have to contact CS for something I can't resolve thru other means.
