I've been toying around with this in my head for a while and want to get the opinions of those who smoke their meats out there (I know Ozzy does this kind of smoking). Here is a very crude drawing of what I have in mind. I just drew one tube to give you an idea. The basic idea would be to have a removable (hopefully) plate the would block fire box (side mounted) and have a couple or three tubes that would curve up and back down to cool the smoke a bit kind of like the coil on a still. I figure it would take out about half of my cooking space on my smoker.

i have both the maze one and the tube one, and use them for both hot and cold smoking

Dang, you are on the edge of a great idea.

You should just make a whole new smoker that looks just like a still. As long as it can't actually work as a real still, it would be legal.

Know what I mean? kinda like the dynamite bomb alarm clocks . Look like this but work like that .
