I've been toying around with this in my head for a while and want to get the opinions of those who smoke their meats out there (I know Ozzy does this kind of smoking). Here is a very crude drawing of what I have in mind. I just drew one tube to give you an idea. The basic idea would be to have a removable (hopefully) plate the would block fire box (side mounted) and have a couple or three tubes that would curve up and back down to cool the smoke a bit kind of like the coil on a still. I figure it would take out about half of my cooking space on my smoker.
