I think I know where Scotty works after retiring from Star Fleet!

I made up my mind and ordered a 3.5" .45 ACP barrels for my Bond Arms derringer just this last Sunday 2/3. They say they are made to order and will ship out in 4 weeks. Fedex will be delivering it on 2/8.

He must have gone to work at Bond Arms!

That'd be the time stone. No other explanation for filling a delivery that fast, just - none.

Before we moved he lived in the same area we did.
We used to bump into him at Costco once in a while.
A very nice quiet man.
Although he had to reach up on the shelves just like everyone else one to get what he wanted.
That was disappointing.
He died in 2005 in Redmond Wa.

While the inventory reports are down for most US manufacturers, Bond Arms must have geared up to make those and cranked out a few extra. Sometimes a factory will issue orders for stock just to keep people employed and materials moving.

Often, there is a minimum production run of an special order item. I'll give an example: Because of set up costs, it may cost Bond something like $100 to make one barrel and if they did a production run of 25 it would cost them $120 to make all of them. So the company makes them in groups of 25 to maximize profits.
