I like the smooth contours and its sleekness...BUT

Fuggebabout the trigger. The pull was way too long and it felt too gritty. I thought that the trigger would be like the PT738 but, alas, it was not. Now, it might be smoothed once a few hundred rounds are fired through it, but I have to say that the trigger on the Beretta Pico was preferable, IMHO, although the Spectrum was easier to rack.

From everything I've read, a good cleaning will remove the grit, but the pull is DAO. It's supposed to be a safety feature...I haven't actually been in a position to pull a trigger on one yet, but if it's anything like my CPX2, then it wouldn't be a problem at all to get used to. Just run dry-fire drills and the muscle memory picks it up in no time.
See what a deep cleaning and a few hundred trigger pulls would do.

I think the trigger will smooth out. Have you shot it yet or just dry firing?

Hopefully the "grittiness" will work itself out, but it will always be long and somewhat heavy due to the firing system. The trigger assembly has to fully pull back the striker system spring with every pull. There is no "pre-cock or "Pre-load" on the firing system like most other guns.
My trigger pull isn't the least bit gritty... but I have put several hundred rounds through it at this point. And I dry fire, A LOT! I am constantly dry firing, learning to control the muzzle with the heavier pull. I like how the trigger is set up in this gun, that it directly pulls the striker back... its a nice safety feature. I know that when its holstered AIWB, its not going to blow my testies off on accident.
