Ok, loaded up 158gr lead bullets with 4.4gr of (hodgon) clays and CCI spm 550. Under max load and above Min OAL. I try matching the length of my rounds to the length of my cylinder to eliminate as much freebore as possible. I measured the length of the 5th round before I fired the first 4 and found that the 5th bullet jumped crimp by only .002. Is this except-able? or do I need to try crimping a little tighter? It wasn't enough to cause a misfire.

BTW: Using a primitive Lee Loader and a rubber mallet.:cool:

Assuming you measured them all before you fired them and there wasn't a manufacturing variation affecting this, yeah I'm O.K. with .002 movement. Really, if they shoot good that's all that matters.
