AZ the permit is good for 5 years. We also have constitutional carry here, and that never expires...weird...

In Indiana, you have the option of getting a 4 year license for $10, or a lifetime license for $50. My wife and I both have a lifetime license.

In Alabama you can choose. 1 to 5 years. Price is determined by the sheriff of the county you live in.
