a blade tec or comp tec holster that will fit my 3rd gen taurus pt 145 with rails..

i want.... out side the waist band strong side ....

I am doing just the opposite of what you are doing. I have a holster being made for a PT145 without an accessory rail, and at the last gun show all they had was PT145's with rails. Now I need to find one without rails before my holster comes in. Good luck in your pursuit.

I have the fobus holster and it works quite well. I also have a Bianchi Professional 100 and it is a good compliment to the Fobus. When I want IWB I have the Bianchi.

I use a High Noon skintite for my PT-111. Nice. I did remove the adjustable roller in it and plugged the hole on the outside of the holster with a Taurus medallion that I took from extra rubber grips I had for my 85UL.

Check out On Your Six Designs. They make custom molded kydex holsters for just about anything. Inexpensive at around $40.

I bought a Fobus paddle holster for mine that also fits my TH9c.
