I also had mine approved in Dec and have not received it. I received a email in Jan stating that they were behind in production and they were making every effort to catch up and send out orders. In the past few weeks I have left my contact number for a call back and sent several emails, only to be ignored. They did send and email back to me twice with only the copy of the email message I sent to them. I think their customer service or lack of is unacceptable, but apparently they don’t seem to care. Will probably be my last purchase of a Taurus product.

S&W screwed me out of a rebate not long ago, and for no logical reason. So, I sold it and am done with that brand forever (unless it's a used gun).
I have gotten about 3 or 4 replacement guns from the S&W advantage program and numerous free repairs and parts.
Best $199 I ever spent so don't count them out.
(Doesn't apply to AR style rifles though, I think only handguns qualify).
 
Just got off phone with them they are currently "waiting on inventory" true or not I do not know but the lady was very nice
At least you got to talk to someone, i was on the phone over an hour and finally left a message to have someone call me back which never happened. Sent several emails and received no reply. Very disappointed .
 
If it is fulfilled your revolver should have been sent to your FFL.
Nope...I been using the same ffl folks for about 8 years..and they call me as soon as it hits.I keep emailing Taurus,and get a reply from someone named Hailey..who tells me to email a different dept..and when I do,I get Hailey again...its a vicious cycle.Ive left messages at Taurus ,and no one calls back,At this point Ive convinced myself it aint comin

I also received a message from Hailey saying she couldn’t tell me anything because she didn’t have information on FFL shipping. At this point I just want an answer as to what is going on. Lie to me. Something.
 
After a month of not getting any response this was send to me today:
I am Kontriva with Rossi USA here to assist you. We have transitioned to a new ERP system, and we are continuing to navigate and familiarize our self with new processes. This transition has caused a delay in the shipment of firearms. This is a high-volume promotion, and we are working diligently to process claims in the order they come in.
Still no real answer as to a ship date, but at least there was some response.

Yep, so they are now over 6 months into the "new system" and surprise surprise still no worky. Actually I saw that excuse used the first time almost 7 months ago. Oh well ,,Walther put off shipping their free optic rebates after only fulfilling about 20%..Keep getting same kind of gaslighting from them as well.
 
This is the new information that I recieved this morning Concerning the fulfilled status. “The fulfilled status means we have all the information needed.” So I guess now they just need to get enough inventory to completes outstanding rebates, who know how long that will be. I think Taurus should be on this and other social media platforms updating customers with information instead of ignoring or gaslighting us all. IMO,

I think for as long as this is taking they should throw in a 22 WMR cylinder with the pistol. It would go a long way to smooth the situation over
 
I haven’t seen that many people on this forum, I have to wonder how many other are in the same predicament as we are. I feel the same as you, nice rifle wouldn’t be the end of the world if I didn’t get the Pistol. I would have rather they sent me a monetary rebate, then I wouldn’t have to pay for a transfer fee when I pick it up.
