Hello everyone. I'm in Indianapolis. I have been on here before, but I have not owned any Taurus products for several months. Well, Saturday I needed to gain some cash to pay some bills so I sold a S&W 640 with the lock along with a couple of other guns and picked up a couple of Rossi 462 stainlesses at $299 each. I haven't had a chance to fire them, but they are very solid, lock up nicely and I feel confident that they are going to be fine weapons. They both feel just as nice and even better than the Smith I got rid of.

I might point out that the money I saved from selling the Smith and the other guns and picking up the two Rossis not only enabled me to pay off the credit debt, it gave me a hundred extra bucks to stick back in the bank!

Welcome aboard, it's good to have you with us. :)
While I've never owned a Rossi, I'd not hesitate to get one if the opportunity presented itself at the right place and at the right price. The R971 is the revolver of theirs that I like the most.

Again, best wishes and glad to have you here.
