Had the same issue. I bought a reverse drill bit at the auto store. Worked like a charm! Then ordered stainless steel screws to replace the rest.

The bottom screw on the grip is stripped somehow even though it's new, i can get the top one off but not the bottom, how can I remove it since the allen key won't grip it?
Try taking a bit larger phillips head screwdriver than the hex opening and see if that won't start it out.
IF the bushing begins to screw out then just take it out and you can easier deal with the screw with it out of the gun, just let the grip panel push outward as the bushing comes out, once the grip bushing is out then you can tkae the panel off the screw/bushing and then deal with the stripped screw.

Try super glueing what ever allen you used on the others and see if it will hold securely in the stripped slot after completly dry.

shoot safe, shoot straight and have fun
