Hey guys,

Picked up a Taurus PT111 Pro Millennium a few weeks ago, and the gun shoots very well. It's smooth, incredibly low recoil (especially compared to my Springfield XDs) and is just a joy to shoot. The one downside about it - and Taurus handguns in general, is the lack of available accessories, especially a holster.

I tried a leather holster just long enough for me to realize that I really, really, REALLY do not like leather holsters.

What I'm looking for is a Fobus-like holster that simply clips onto your belt (so you don't have to undo your belt, slide the holster strap onto it, then re-fasten your belt); I don't need a concealed holster. Something similar to this:

Fobus Holster: TAURUS MILLENIUM PT111 .32/.380/9mm NOT PRO MODELS - PADDLE HOLSTER

But that's not made for the Pro model. I've looked around elsewhere and haven't really been able to find anything.

Is there a holster out there like the one I'm looking for?

Thanks much!

Welcome aboard from Florida the "GunShine" state. :icon_ lala:

State of over "1 MILLION 120 THOUSAND" Concealed Carry Licenses and counting!

Most any holster designed for the Springfield XDs will work well on the Tarus Millennium Pro line (PT-111, PT-140, PT-145).

You should also check the "Uncle Mikes" hoslter website too.

Fobus SP11B paddle is series for Mil Pro's. Have one - nice holster w/good retention - use with PT111 or PT140 MilPro's. Easy on and off.

Do you have the G2 or a "standard Milpro PT 111"? If its just the standard, then I do believe the SP11B will work. You could also go with the Roto-paddle as well. I think its something like SP11RPB or something like that.

EDIT: Here is a picture of a PT111 in a SP11B Fobus. http://www.taurusarmed.net/forums/a...on-pt140-holsters-013-pt111-fobus-holster.jpg
It's the standard MilPro 111. Thanks for the picture link - I went ahead and placed an order for that holster, although Fobus is warning customers that it may take up to 3 weeks before the order can be processed due to demand. Sigh...

Nearly all the Academy stores in my area stock the SP11B - so if one near you, might check. It's a nice holster, but a bit bulky for me to CC except in winter, which in Texas means about 4 weeks of wear. LOL

eBay has a bunch of them listed at any given time. Some ship direct from Israel - so watch out for that and make sure you have the right model number.

If you have a Gander Mountain in your town, you can find one there. Once you get it, follow the MilProGuy's guide to ease up the draw.

We had a rare cool spell thru yesterday, so I used my PPS Fobus (for 740), little Bro of the SP11B, as I had a couple of Doctor visit that would require leaving 740 in truck lock box. Quick easy removal of pistol to box and holster to center console, then inverse when returning to vehicle.
