I picked up a keltec pf9 today I wanted something I can carry when the glock 27 is to heavy. I have a tcp which is what I usually use in that situation but wanted a bigger caliber. I was torn between the pf9 and the taurus 709 but in the end the pf9 just felt better in my hand

I've had mine for years, over 1000 rounds thru and it went back to Kel-Tek for some free spring and slide work. Get the mag grip extension, you won't regret it. Sooo comfortable to carry, I often forget I'm packing which is a good thing for concealed carry. Just remember to remove when required by law! It's an up close and personal self defense weapon but that's the only thing I can ever imagine using it for so I practice shooting at 7-10 ft. Good shooting and congrats!
