Has anybody had a problem with their Gaucho shooting fairly high above point of aim? If so, what is the solution (other than aiming lower)?

Thanks

I had the same problem with mine. It consistently shot about 4-5" high at 25 yds. The only fix I know is to build up the front sight, which I didn't want to have to do. So I sold mine. But I loved the gun.

You can add silver solder to the top of the front sight to raise it - or cowboy up and learn how to point shoot.

Woody what caliber, .357 Mag. or .45 Colt? What grain bullet are you using?

Try 255 grain RNFB loads...it's what the SAA type revolver was designed to shoot. My Gaucho shot much better once I began loading design tolerant loads for it,
